I just tried using a tooth brush on my lips to get the dead skin off an now they're inflamed and tingling! Is this normal?!?!? ðŸ˜°ðŸ˜°ðŸ˜‚

They're just irritated! Put some Vaseline on them or some I've to bring down the swelling! You should get a lip scrub instead if you're worried about the dry skin! But dry skin in the lips is usually a indication of dehydration! Make sure you drink a lot of water my lips get dry if I don't drunk enough water!
