Um... Depends on if you have thin or thick eyebrows?

For me personally it takes 4 weeks to speed up the process put vaseline on them before you go to bed or whenever you don't have to go out
take 2 cod liver capsules a day
brush them lightly with a eyebrow brush
and drink plenty of water
and don't touch them anymore only to fill them in
