Does hairstylist put anything inside of the hair dye to make the hair get softer??

Not that I know of. I think they can put something in to condition it sometimes. But usually it's all in the way they blowdry

Once you've washed the color off your head they apply conditioner :-)

No, only the shampoo and conditioning afterwards.

Actually, most hair dyes that hairstylists use have conditioning and nourishing effects.
