May just be hormones,but yes they can and swaping products a lot can cause them too you need a routine.

Sometimes a change can make you breakout but if you keep using it, your skin might get used to it.

Sometimes if you've used the same product for ages then you suddenly change products. Also your skin can be allergic to some types of products x

Well, if you keep changing products all the time, yes. But just try to stick to what you have. Might take about four weeks of using the same one. :) Good luck sweetheart!
