Ahahah I have these in navy but I stopped wearing them cause they're a little high cut on my ankles but you're showing way less skin than if you were wearing shorts so not slutty atall.

They aren't slutty, the cut out part doesn't even go up as high as a lot of shorts are short today. I think they are cute, I personally wouldn't wear them, at least in that color (probably would black). If you like them and find the price worth it then yeah, go for it!
