Grab Tylenol, Advil, aspirin ( pref). Get the gel kind and poke it open with a needle and apply that gel to your spots. It works amazing!

If its really red and you're putting makeup over it use a tiny bit of green eye shadow on the red areas and cover with your normal skin products
