Is it okay to wear white lace tights with a knee length black pencil skirt??

@lizz f. Haha I'm not at home but I was just curious if it sounds like it would go. I don't have the tights, but I do have the skirt, and was going to grab a white wool jacket (eloping in the Rocky Mountains in the winter time)
