One thing I can tell you is a miracle worker is a hair mask
All of this recipe depends on the length and thickness of your hair
Cocoanut
Avacado
A tiny tiny bit of pure honey
And raw egg (this is optional but I highly don't recommend it)
Do this 1 or 2 times a week at night
Let it sit on your hair for and hour to an hour and a half the wash of in shower
You can use shampoo and conditioner but I PERSONALLY only use conditioner after its been rinsed out. This will help moisturize, add length and add nutrients to your hair
Hope I helped you

The mask Dawn mentioned is the best ice used. By far. I've been using baking soda as shampoo with a vinegar/cold water rinse. It's awesome!

Its almost impossible to fix hair once its broken. the only thing you can do is cut off what is ruined and start over. you may be able to temporarily make your hair appear better but it won't truly be fixed. you need to put some proteins back into your hair. I know sallys has placenta hot oil treatments for your hair. That could help some but I would start looking into maybe a really cute short hair style. pixies are in right now!
