Last year my hair was shoulder length and now its past my chest. All i did was lay off the heat. So i air dried my hair after showers (KEY THING TO DO) rather than blow drying and only used the straightener rarely.

No problem! I'm sure there are also some products out there that can help lengthen your hair even more. :)

I would definitely say no heat. I'm sure it helps a bunch. I haven't put heat to my hair for about 2 almost 3 months and my hair is growing slowly but surely :))

I lost my hair when I got sick and everyone even my nutritionist was telling me all different types of shampoos an hair products but I found vitamins ( prenatal pills) and less harsh treatment on my hair really helped

Use biotin pills. They are vitamins that definitely work. I've seen so much improvement in my hair.

My hair used to be below my knees (crazy, I know but once it got so long I couldn't make myself cut it for the longest.) and the only thing I did was get regular trims. I know some people say that's a myth, but from kindergarten until I finally cut it off, that's all I did. The last couple of years, I didn't get as many trims and I don't think it grew nearly as fast.

And I went from having a very short pageboy haircut to a longer length fairly quickly. As I said, I started in kindergarten and I can't remember exactly the length but I know it was below my shoulders by 1st grade and to right above my butt by 3rd grade.

Definately no heat, and don't wash it every day. Drink tons of water! (half your body weight in ounces). I'm growing out my hair and I put heat protectant on it when I use heat, and even when i don't, to protect it from the sun. Hope this helped!

My secret is cutting my hair every 3 months but only 1 inch , and definetly don't wash your hair everyday or comb your hair, before you go to sleep wrap your hair w/a silk scarf or sleep on a silk pillowcase it will absorbe any extra oil making your hair shiny and by not combing your hair you will reduce tangles, and split ends, people think that I style my hair everyday but I don't ...Trust me I get compliments everyday ! It works for me! Anyway I hope this helps 💙💜💚💙💜

I know this sounds crazy, but my hair dresser told me to brush my hair often because it spreads the oils and makes your hair grow faster
