Well, I have combination skin ( perhaps it's more dry in the winter and more oily in the summer) but I need suggestions to find an affordable skin care regimen, because I have enlarged pores, white heads and acne scars.

Cetaphil and Neutrogena's Grapefruit Scrub is great for clearing the white heads. Good old honey can clear the acne scars. Tea tree oil and an egg white mask will help with pores and keeping your skin smooth :)

COMPLETELY agree with @Vanessa W. Especially with the cetaphil wash and tea tree oil :)
