I have "chicken skin" all over both of my arms... A bunch of small dots. How can I possibly get rid of it.

Try exfoliating with a harsh scrub and then putting on a heavy lotion after. They also have special treatments for KP but they tend to be expensive..

Unfortunately I had the same thing. I used sugar scrubs and I used body washes for acne but they didn't work that well. It will smooth it out but they will still be there.

The best thing that works is shaving. You won't have a problem with any bumps again.
