So I have dark brown hair & dark brown eyes, should I wear dark brown eye shadow or a lighter shade of brown?

I would go with a lighter shade of brown, maybe with some gold tones to it.

Gold tones on the lid...and dark browns in the crease would look good! Highlight the brow bone and tearducs with a light shimmery color 👌

Try gold, bronze and taupy champagne hues. wet n wilds eyeshadow trio in silent treatment and Maybelline color tattoo in bad to the bronze and the one in gold(sorry, forgot the name)
