Hey guys - so I had red hair and went to the salon to get it dirty blonde - obviously they had to do it in steps so right now it is brown with blonde highlights, they did a semi permanent brown to cover what was left of the red, so now when I go to cover it with blonde will it go orange?

I personally like shimmerlights which is a violet toned shampoo or manic panic virgin snow.

The toner will only take out yellow tones not red ones.

Yes a blue toner will counteract orange. Violet toner ciunteracts yellow.
