I used to have a tooth paste (oral b withening) which did actually work on me. only I live in the netherlands and I have no idea if you can buy it where you live. aslo your dentist can possibly give you better advise!

White strips are good and your teeth stay white for a while! :) just use a whitening tooth paste to maintain your teeth to be a pearly white :)

I used crest whitening strips and they worked wonders however when I tried using them the second time my teeth were extremely sensitive... So I would recommend using them once the difference will totally show just be careful with your enamel

5 minute whitening from Walmart/any drugstore!
I promise you it is the best bang for your buck $$ and it won't make your teeth sensitive like Crest Whitestrips!
