If you don't have sensitive skin, you can try XOUT. I have a love-hate relationship with it. It dries my skin out like crazy and it doesn't smell good at all, but it works pretty well. I've been using it for a week and a half or so, and my acne is almost all cleared up. You can also use it as a spot treatment or mask if you want, it's just really harsh! But it's got benzoyl peroxide in it so it works!

I hate to bring this up:( but everyone's skin is different. Use a spot treatment and a facial wash with salicsylic acid of benzoyl peroxide treatment. Use a good non comedigenic moisturizer day and night and exfoliate twice or three times a week. I use neutrogena oil free acne cleansing gel, st Ives blemish exfoliate, and infinite aloe, clean and clear acne lotion, and ponds moisturizer. Tips: wash UR face with hot water to open the pores. Then rinse off and splash face with freezing water for at least one min to constrict and close the pores. If you get an inflamed red pimple with dry damaged skin use aloe Vera. Trust me, it is antibacterial and heals skin so don't use to dry out acne but heal the aftermath or it. My grandma told me to use rubbing alcohol or vinegar on my spots...drying and harming to the skin (lots if aloe) but it works very fast for me. If you get cystic hard pimple them do the same with Vicks vapor rub. All this sounds weird but its what works :)

Hydrogen peroxide kills the bacteria in the spot. :) or use natural cleansers (FOAM CLEANSERS) do NOT use or buy any facial scrubs or cleaners with beads in them, that will cause more irritation to the affected area.
