Hmm...you can wrap your hair around paper towels and kinda tie the end to itself, do that to all your hair, leave it in for awhile or overnight. It's supposed to curl your hair with no heat! I've never tried it tho! Good luck.

Light cream eye shadow on brow bone and a darker cream shadow on your eye lid an a tinted lip balm cherry Chapstick or maybeline baby lips and if you want a foundation use a bb cream, for your hair get gel or a texturizer to curl it up a bit.

Maybe tie half of it on the back with a cute bow? And for makeup look for how Lea Michelle does it, it would suit you. But I'd say bronzer, blush and mascara.

You could tie your hair in a high ponytail and sleek it back leaving your bangs out. For eyes you should use a brown eyeshadow but concentrate on your eyelashes and top it off with a bit of lip gloss
