Sock buns are so cute and easy especially if you're going to school and too lazy to actually do your hair. I used to use socks to do mine until I found one of these things.

Maybe braid some of the hair before pulling it through?:)

Messy bun; do a ponytail and on the last loop keep it as a loose bun so don't pull it through as a pony tail and wrap the hair around the bun/band then when you found how you want it clip it :)

Braid bun just braid your hair then wrap it around to make a bun then clip it :) hope these helped
