Hydrogen peroxide! It's the main ingredient in crest white strips and its only a couple bucks at the drugstore. You can use a q-tip and apply it to your teeth or use it as a mouthwash. (I prefer the first way because it tastes bad to me)

I found a recipe on YouTube I tried and it worked really well... Mix lime or lemon juice (from the fruit not store bought) with baking soda until you have the perfect amount of both donut becomes a paste. Then brush you teeth with it once a week :)
