I want to dye me hair BLONDE like Rita Ora's hair color and my hair is a chocolate brown any idea how to get it that blonde with bleach?!

I'd just dye it. Lemon juice will damage your hair

There's no way to get your hair that light without bleach. I would suggest going to a pro to minimize damage (:

Yeah you wot get it that blonde without bleach. Your can try blonde hair dyes, but I doubt they'll work over brown. However there are sprays you can put on your hair that cause your hair to lighten the more your in the sun... But they still contain some bleach :)

My natural hair is black. There's no way any dark hair would go this light without bleach. Unless you dye your hair lighter every month with hair dyes that don't have bleach in them. I use loreal bleach and then the Loreal 01 hair dye. This pic is the bleach
