She is trying to say that she has underarm hair and she doesn't want them BACK! Shaving will only make them come in darker and quicker. Try waxing or getting them professionally removed (laser) :3.

Shaving doesn't make your hair grow back thicker or darker; that is a common myth. It can appear that way because youre giving the hair a blunt cut, so it's growing back at a thicker point in the hair, which also causes the illusion that it's darker as well.
