Would This Ruin The Makeup?

If I put on primer and then mix a full coverage foundation with moisturizer and put that on, would the moisturizer mess up the makeup since its going ontop of primer?

I don't think so...I actually do that all the time so its kind of like a bb cream :) I'm pretty sure it won't though :)

No the moisturizer will not mess up your makeup, but it will give the foundation a lighter coverage.
