Maybelline Superstay $15

Concealer:
Hard Candy Glamoflauge $6
Maybelline fitme $5

You also want to consider a powder, this is the easiest way to achieve a matte finish.

Neutrogena shine control $10
Maybelline dream matte $9
Rimmel stay matte $5
..are all great oil control powders.

I really like rimmel London foundations and mascaras. :) they're well priced too and all the ones I've used have left a great finish!
