Some places on my skin are quite dry, and when I apply my makeup (especially concealer) it seems the skin peels and it is quite noticeable! How can I stop this?
Does anyone know any techniques to apply concealer or home remedies to get my skin smoother? I use different shades of concealer like green and purple, as well as the normal skin one.
Thanks so much in advance! xx

Just keep on moisturizing, and you can use honey once a week as a mask.

Try using organic coconut oil or the Josie argon oil at night. It won't make you oily. It will actually help control your oils

I suggest Rose Bud Salve, you can find it at bath and body works or your super market, it works wonders for me.

Facial oils work wonders. When you finish having a shower, rub some oil (rose hip, coconut, argan, almond oil you can choose) and after some has been absorbed layer on top a good moisturizer to seal in the juices! Trust me, after a few days you face will feel amazing!

It depends on the rest of your skin, oily, blemish, tight and so on..but it seems like someone else suggested that you should use a cleanser without alcohol and a good facialcream. Don't use any oils if you have a blemish prone skin! Will just make it worse:/ I can recomend Vichy spa, day and night cream. Looove it! So light but gives so much moisture:)

Use an oil based lotion. Vaseline is also super moisturizing and so is aloe Vera and Nivea. Use the simple ones. My grandmom is 88 and she looks 60 and she's been using this for years.

You probably need to exfoliate dry skin will build up and you won't get a flawless makeup application just try exfoliating one to two times a week along with cleansing and moisturizer you may have better results.

Exfoliate, tone and moisturize, this is your new mantra. I personally use Monsia skin cream, it makes my skin really soft and smooth, though I sometimes do a honey and coconut oil face mask.

When I was 15 I swear to you I had the samething go on. I couldn't put makeup on you could see it a mile away no mosterizer are exfoliating helped. Then my mother got me hidzodmentle cream (not spelled right if you ask I'm sure someone could help you) in Walmart it comes in a lil tube and is only a few $ it went away in days.
