My hair and is mostly oily and fine and I hate that it doesn't grow past a certain length. Any tips for hair growth or any good shampoo recommendations?

I use a shampoo by neutrogena called t-sal.. Its specifically for oily hair and works to balance out the oils in your scalp. I use mane and tail for conditioner.. Really helps hair growth!
