What is the best way to get rid of dry skin surrounding the nose area?

I always exfoliate with sugar and water. I take 2 tablespoons of sugar and then and about a tablespoon (maybe a tiny bit more) of WARM water and mix it together. It becomes thick enough to rub all the dry, dead skin off without dripping. Then I use shea butter (or any other moisturizer). You should apply within 5-10 minutes bc you don't want it to get hard! And I would also do this at night.

Dry skin is the story of my life haha especially in the winter! It's so bad it flakes then scabs up! I just apply rose bud salve to it every day as often as possible it works miracles.

Use a heavy duty moisturizer and exfoliate the extra bits of skin with a scrub, the one Akilah described sounds perfect!

I'd say scrub too. But if you have sensitive skin don't use them! They can make you're skin very raw if so :(

I think at times is my foundation that does it?

I'd suggest using a really good moisturizer before you put on foundation and after you wash your make up off. If that doesn't work I'd switch foundations.
