A lot of patience! :)
Really though, a healthy diet helps (don't forget the water!) & I've heard wonderful things about putting coconut oil, castor oil, & avocado in your hair! Good luck!

My quick fix is to get a sew in for a month or two, take my vitamins on a schedule and drink LOTS and LOTS of water. If your hair is loose on the ends daily you risk losing length because of splits ends, unless you trim your ends every week. My hair grew 2 1/2 inches in a month and a half.

Pre natal vitamins! They won't cause any harm to your body but they will help your hair grow! Also, straighten and blow dry it as little as possible. Natural oils in your hair help it grow!

What?! Hair falling out if you stop taking prenatal pills.lol. I've stopped and started so many times on prenatals and my hair never reacted like that. Sure it wasn't your hair going thru a major shedding? Best way to grow out your hair for length is to stay away from the heat and condition everytime you wash. Your hair is curly from what I can tell in your pic so you have to be extra careful since curly hair can fall victim to dryness....especially on our ends. Eating a healthy well-balanced diet helps as well.

I've taken prenatal vitamins and when I stopped I never had an issue of hair loss my hair grows pretty fast I am currently taking prenatal vitamins I get trims every 6-8 weeks depending on when my split ends become noticeable. I have naturally curly hair and I flatiron my hair once a week but I use web fig cleansing conditioner and deep conditioner to keep my hair healthy I also use wen oils to hydrate my curls

My Hair is past my waist and it hasn't been cut in 9-10 years it has been almost this long for about 7-8 years growing slowly to reach past my waist but I did not have it trimmed once a month to keep split ends away I just trim them myself individually every so often. I never comb or brush my hair wet unless it is with my fingers or a wide tooth comb if I really have to have it combed out right away, I sleep on a silk pillow case it makes your hair glide across the pillow instead of ripping the hairs. I do not usually do anything to my hair but wash and condition it, sometimes i style it or use a hair spray or gel but not very often and only products that leace my hair feeling clean soft and touchable.

prenatal vitamins do not help your hair grow, I'm currently pregnant & asked my doctor if that was the reason my hair was growing I controllable. turns out, it's not the vitamins. it's the extra hormones that your body is producing that make your hair & nails grow longer & faster & also makes you have perfect skin! however I bought these vitamins a long time ago that I was using that make your hair & nails grow & also help your skin out. I loved them! they reAlly help!

There's nothing in prenatal vitamins that will make your hair fall out... And there are no proven studies that show that prenatal vitamins help hair and nails grow longer and quicker. Someone who is pregnant and taking the vitamins may mistake the benefits of the hormones that are increased while pregnant as prenatal vitamins. These same hormones can also lead to hair loss after pregnancy leading some to chalk that up to the vitamins, as well. However, taking prenatal vitamins could pose a health risk to you...
