My hair is so ergh. Thin, limp and gross! I'm always exhausted before work and I wear a headset that kills my head so I wear a beanie, don't know what you call them everywhere else, but kinda like a slouch hat. It's so thin and just hangs there. Started taking a very low dose of biotin, 300mcg and using organic coconut shampoo but no real improvements yet. Any ideas at all on what I can do, I don't want to up my dosage of biotin, plus that's the highest I can find here in Australia and if it's hair masks or anything, something I can do only once a week cos I work long days and the last thing I care about when I finish is my hair. Sorry it's so long x

Cut it short into something blunt! Blunt ends make hair look thicker, I'm thinking a bob of some kind then you can keep it straight or put some salt texturised in to give it more body, also get volumising shampoo and conditioner and try some other products fot fine limp hair, but defo recommend a blunt bob you get some amazing gorgeous ones, just have a browse online X

Also adding some highlights (bleach) will thicken your hair.

I've been thinking of getting a concave bob with the front where it is, just above breasts because I have a round face and don't want it to look chunky. Was thinking of going lighter for summer :) thank you for your suggestions x
