I work in children's ministries but I still want to look presentable haha :) OH, and it's a lot of running around and my face tends to get red. So if you have any tips for sweat proof (non cakey) makeup! THANKS!

To eliminate the redness, try a green primer! Victoria's Secret has a great one :)
Maybe a mineral powder for coverage and oil control, and having minimal products will reduce cakiness!
For eyes I think you should just keep it natural, some mascarra and liner. Maybe some champagne in the lid and brown in the crease, nothing too much
