Dry patches on my eyes?

So I've recently gotten these weird dry patches on my eyes, and it's never happened before, and it even hurts to touch my left eyelid. What do you think I should do?

Yess! That happened to me! It's either cause the sun or you haven't been washing your face properly or moisturizing your face often

Use a Shea butter cream that's what I did or maybe it's irritated cause of makeup
