Sounds like a rash. I actually get that same thing every time I get nauseous and puke (tmi) you can also develope allergic reaction from products you've been using for years.

I have had this problem a few times and its a reaction to something you use on your face, maybe you used a sample or you could have possibly had a reaction to a product you have been using for a while. Maybe change your foundation or face wash and see if it goes away.

It could be bacteria buildup from your pillow case. I had a bunch of zits pop up on one side of my face and thats what it turned out to be. I guess I had to learn the hard way that I should wash my sheets more often!!
