Essential eyeshadow palettes?

I use the urban decay naked palette (which I love and highly recommend) and I was wondering if there are any other palettes that I should get to add to my growing makeup collection? :)

During the holidays, many makeup brands put out special limited addition palettes. I have a few that are absolutely amazing, so it's just something to keep in mind.
