If you're looking for something cheap, I use the loreal bb cream & I like it a lot, I use that then use my foundation.

Or if I don't plan on wearing makeup that day ill just use the bb cream & it evens out the color of my face giving it a slight matte look!

Because your fair skin, or at least not black, you can use an Asian BB cream no problem. They're better then most US ones as they're the ones who creates the creams in the first place. You can buy them off of sasa.com or amazon. If you're looking for US made ones I haven't found one I like, the garnier one broke me out but Tarte seems pretty good (is a little more pricey though)

I love dr jarts premium bb cream. it has buildable coverage and much more than American bb creams. American bb creams sold at drug stores typically have sheer to light coverage. I'd stick to a korean brand :) dr jart I think is one of the only ones you can buy at sephora. most you have to order online and thats just too risky to me lol.
