@Raylene- I know what you mean, I never used to wear lip color but I started getting in to it this year. Revlon lipsticks are a great place to start because they're great quality and very affordable. Plus there's a ton of shades :)

Definitely :) can you tell me a few things about the lipstick? How long does it last? Does it have a plasticky taste? x

@Amber- For me it lasts about 3 hours and it stays on through drinking water, etc. It almost leaves a stain behind even when it starts to wear off so it's not very noticeable. It's not overly drying and no smell/taste. :)
