I will tell you how I do mine. But I wouldn't necessarily call it that.
Step 1: outline the bottom of your brow with pencil or powder. Just don't start at the very beginning.
Step 2: out line the top. Again, don't start from the very beginning.
Step 3: full in you 2/3 of your brow with pencil or powder,
I would suggest using powder and angled brush. Concentrate on the arch and tail.
Step 4: with the remaining product on your angled brush start filling in the beginning of your brow. Not to much because you want that gradient effect.
Step 5: clean it up. I use concealer for the bottom with a clean angled brush. You just clean any mess you might have made or unwanted product. For the top I would also suggest concealer but I tend to mix concealer and foundation. Either one will work. Just make sure you blend the product out.
