Honestly a concealer will be much less cakey to cover blemishes than a powder. A powder foundation doesn't cover blemishes as well as a creamy full coverage concealer basically is what I'm trying to say haha.
Try a dot of hard candy glamoflauge concealer to remove redness, then a powder like Loreal True Match or Maybelline Dream Matte in a shade that matches your skin tone. :) they're about $7-$10 each

MAC! Slightly pricy but worth it... I had really good skin, a few blackheads here and there but when I got a job in fast food and my skin broke out from the oil.. Try MAC! :)

I agree with Bare Minerals! It was my first time foundation and I even use it today. I love it SO much. It's made to be natural as well as to not put anything harsh on your face. If you're going through face blemishes, try going for their Acne Spot Treatment Foundation. That way, it'll help you with coverage as well as treating acne. Hope this helped. (:

Bare minerals is the best one for that I believe. And Stay Flawless by benefit. For drugstore, I highly recommend prestigw skinlovingminerals powder foundation.
