Cant Straiten My Hair!!

Do you mean that your hair won't straighten? Because if you can't maybe you aren't using a high enough heat setting. I use 210C on mine and the highest you could go on a straightener is 400. Use a heat protecter like Tresseme. It won't work when you hair is wet so make sure it's 100% dry too
