White always makes your eyes seem more brighter and awake. But your eye is amazing here so I doubt you'd need it!

If your planing to use eyeliner use a black pencil one its the easiest to put on.

You can apply eyeliner for half of your waterline and then try to smudge it a lil xx 😘

Using a q-tip is a good way to start. use natural colors at first. like a brown eye shadow a little darker than your skin tone. that way it isn't as obvious if you mess up while you get tue hang of it.
