I really like baby lips I have seen an improve meant in my lips, some are tinted, which adds a little color. These can be found at drugstores.

Before you go to bed take a damp toothbrush and scrub the dead skin off. then go over them with Elizabeth ardens 8 hour creme. or any other good chapstick.

I mean eos I also like baby lips but if your lips are super chaped I would use eos.

Mix brown sugar and honey and olive oil. it exfoliates so you don't have dead skin layers but it's smooth, then add any lip balm after so they don't dry out!:)

Baby lips! The new neon ones are awesome, they give your lips color but not over the top and its so smooth. Or lush lip scrub I like the bubblegum one :) they also have popcorn and I think mint.

Make a lip scrub and get most of the flakes off an then use Chapstick religiously. I have so many tinted chap sticks because I wear them day to day (I like that it looks less formal that lipstick) I really love baby lips.

I love lip scrubs, I make one out of olive oil and brown sugar or normal sugar just whatevers in the pantry, just mix them together so its not to liquidy and then just scrub your lips with it

I use vaseline, just like a lipstick but it will hydrate your lips.. For example mary kay or sephorq.
