I was reading about the loreal 30 second blur and I heard a lot of good reviews on it.. but is it only for older woman who have wrinkles? or is it also for teens?

It is best you start using wrinkle cream at 25. no later no earlier

Its not ONLY for older ladies, it won't be harmful to your skin of course, but there's not really a need for it unless you already have wrinkles you want to erase.
