Fill them in with eyebrow-shadow, like find the shade of your eyebrows and get matte shadow to fill in. Also, use brow gel, clear mascara or hairspray to hold them in place throughout the day.

I would say let them grow and get them done professionally. Too many girls, including myself, have over plucked and gone through a terrible eyebrow phase. I recommend going to a benefit brow bar, tey really know what they're doing and will show you how to fill aswell. Once they create the shape you can just clean them up every week by plucking stray hairs and trimming them. To fill I reccomend either a brow powder or pencil depending on your needs. If you have full brows use a shadow just to define more, if you have many bald spots then use a pencil and go over with shadow. You can also clean up with concealer for a cleaner and sharper look. I personally use anastasias brow wiz in medium ash, and her brow powder duo in the same shade. But practice makes perfect so play around until your happy with the results!

I agree with @victoria that was great advice. There is no point to over pluck when you're still young and have beautiful eyebrows.
I'm curious where do you buy Anastasia brow wiz?

Great pictorials thank you Lynzie B. I am just learning as well how to do my eyebrows. I don't over pluck however I have light eyebrows that used to be a challenge to work with. So I completely understand your frustration Alina E.
