I'm looking for really good pigmented eyeshadows. Right now- believe or not- I am using Urban Decay shadows. They are BEAUTIFUL when I first put them on but fade dramatically throughout the day. I use Primer Potion beforehand so I know that my primer is not the problem. I've never used MAC shadows before either. If anyone has any recs, please help!

I love Mac shadows & honestly there my go to shadows, you should give them a try. I never had a problem with Mac shadows fading on me & I don't use eye primers either :p

That's weird. I only use UD naked two palette and the colors never fade? Nor do I use a primer.

And Kitty- I apply my makeup at 5:30am and don't take it off to well about 10 or 11. I use Urban Decay Naked and Naked Basics. The shadows crease and fade a lot, especially the darker colors.

Urban decay primer potion is no longer the same product people raved about. So that might be your problem. They reformulated and now it sucks. Try a different primer, my personal favorite is nars. Also for extra staying powder use concealer on top of your primer and then a setting powder. I have oily lids and when I use that combo even cheap wet n wild shadows last all day on me. Hope that helps!

I've been wanting to try Sugarpill, Camila! I've heard the colored shadows actually stain your lid because they're so pigmented. Is this true? Pretty name by the way, I've always been obsessed with the name Camila.

I hate the UD primer, it never works and I felt exactly the same as you did. Now I use a MAC paint pot underneath and it lasts all day. I've fell in love with UD shadows again.

Lorac shadows. they are so buttery and long lasting. just don't use hard brushes on them or they'll chew up the shadows

Gabrielle, I almost bought the Lorac Pro Palette instead of my Naked Palette. I wish I did.
