You should try the revlon just bitten lip stains as a start. That's how I began my addiction with lipsticks. They are great colors to experiment with to see which ones suit you best!

You should start off with pinks being that its natural lip color so it won't be so hard for you to adjust to it. I would recommend Angel, Snob, & Lovelorn all by MAC. Can you try them on before purchasing which is a plus :)

Plum colors would tie in amazingly against your skin tone, I think you really suit lip-gloss though, and I think Turkish delight from NARS would be great on you!
