Can I just say this recipe is amazing?!? It's so easy its not even a recipe. So here's what you need.
What you need:
-oatmeal (preferably old fashioned oats but any kind is fine)
-water
-jar
-blender/grinder to grind oats
So what you do is you grind the oats and put it in the jar. DONE!! Super simple, super effective. (But everybody's skin is different!!)
USAGE:
-first get some oats from your jar and close your fist over the oats in your hand
-then turn on your water and put our fist (still closed) under the water palm up until the oats get soggy
-then take oats and use as you would with a normal cleanser!
Warning: can be messy
SUPER SIMPLE

What if you mixed a little water in with the oats instead? :)

Hmmm, maybe but it depends on the person and I would like to use my oats with fresh water, but you could try that! Thanks for the suggestion!

I love it! It's a natural anti flammitory and works great, my aunt taught me that haha she's a skin care specialist, I do it every night.

Haha that's great!! I love this and it's super simple and inexpensive!! Also another thing I like is a sea salt toner. (Add water to a spritz bottle then add sea salt, shake up, and shake up before every use)
