Oily skin??

When ever I go outside my skin gets all greasy by just stepping outside and And I feel a weird tingly heat but I'm not hot at all. It doesn't matter if it's sunny it doesn't matter if it's cloudy or rainy, I do get grease Without sweating or hot... Just from stepping outside!! What is going on??

Maybe it's jut really humid where you live, I mean I have oily skin as well but it doesn't happen that intensely. Maybe try witch hazel as a toner before your makeup
