Whatever you wanna do. I put coconut oil all over my head, put a shower cap on, let it sit for awhile, and rinse.

I use argan oil (from pro naturals) and I first apply to the roots and then to the rest of my hair, then I put a cap over it.

Warm the oil in microwave for 2-3mins before applying.Warm/hot oil will open the pores in d scalp which will help oil absorb better.
Apply to the roots first by massaging for 10mins atleast.
Further apply to the hair shaft and lastly the ends.
Also, just scrub the ends with the oip.This will help prevent split ends.
