Don't know if you have heard of pixiwoo on YouTube but they have a range of brushes called real techniques, they do a stippling brush and I believe it's ten pounds or under. Hope that helps :)x

^^! You can also try eco tools. It's amazing.

I've tried the Eco tools stippling brush I didn't like it, it was too dense and I found it very hard to blend my foundation with, real techniques are softer and have more flexibility so you are able to blend everywhere easily like around your nose.

Findingcolor! (I always recommend these:-P) free shipping from lightinthebox and the same quality with Bobbi Brown's and Mac's brushes and way cheaper even makeup artists use them and they are very cute

Real techniques or sonia kashuk brushes are really nice.

I don't know how everything works in the UK but with amazon there are add on items for a purchase of like $25 and I got my elf stipple brush on there for $3 with no extra cost for shipping.
