What are ways to minimize pores? I cleanse, tone, and moisturize every day. Any DIYs would be will appreciated.

I find after a nightly wash leaving a cold rung out flannel on my face for couple of minutes helps. closes pores nicely :)

Wipe ice over your face before you apply your primer, it closes the pores :-)
