You can find awesome homemade coffee scrubs online to help with cellulite, stretch marks, etc. then moisturize like crazy. you can try bio oil, coconut oil, or cocoa butter. squats are great for a nice high and smooth butt too hahah :)

A sugar scrub and a thick body butter. Or even a body oil. Alba bontanica makes a Hawaiian body oil and I sometimes will use it on a wash cloth in the shower to soften and moisturize dry skin. It can also be added to a bath, but I don't currently have a bath tub so I haven't been able to try that method.

This might be a weird answer but I once met a stripper that had the most amazing, softest skin ever. She told me she used hemp lotion and it's done wonders to my skin.

Lush makes a solid body butter called buffy (the backside slayer) its super hydrating and exfoliating and you use it in the shower :) its got effective ingredients like shea and cocoa butters and ground up almond shells. it costs $11.95 for a small or $22.95 for a large. they also have a solid sugar scrub that has ginger and fennel essential oils which help reduce the appearance of cellulite. its $6.95 and is meant for one time use but I keep mine in a container and use it several times. hope this helps!

Try the body scrub by nuance they only sell it on cvs but its really good leaves your skin soft and its supposed to tighten the skin two so thats a plus for your butt cheeks lol.

I would try Hemp Lotion and a coffee scrub. You also can't get rid of cellulite unfortunately. And creams definitely won't really help it's appearance. It's all about being healthy and exercising if you want to reduce it's appearance.
