Cleanser as a spot treatment?

Could I use continuous control by clean and clear 10% benzoyl peroxide as a spot treatment?

... Not really, it won't be as affective as an actually treatment.

No I wouldn't recommend that. Instead, try rubbing it onto your face and leaving it on for the duration of your shower and washing it off last. That way it gets like 10 minutes or so to kick in to your skin instead of 10 seconds before being washed off. Also, in the shower, your pores are open from the steam so the cleanser will do its job best in that time! :)

@megan it dosent work well for me :/ my skins really weird compared to others... Everyones different!!
