I have wavy hair, but I'd like to curl it. The only problem is the curls end up frizzy and then, after about 30 minutes or so, the curls go limp. How can I get sleek, bouncy curls that last longer??

Watch the video of Michelle Phan about the paper bag curlers. They work super well. My hair is the same way. I just use L'oreal Studio gel mega hold. Or just use a natural based gel/hairspray. Don't use heat on wavy hair. It's not worth it. It just falls out. Natural based products can sort of work but don't work as well. I'm just a veghead so that's my thing.

Round Trip by Paul Mitchell works wonders for girls with wavy hair tht want more bounce to their curls. In the salon i work at we usually put it in damp hair and then diffuse the hair with a diffuser. you can also, scrunch your hair and let it air dry with the product in.

Use a smaller curling iron (1 inch) and use a good hairspray

use a shine serum or something that can control frizz like "frizz ease" etc, then find a hairspray that you like to hold the curl....... curling your hair without using hairspray your curls will always eventually fall and loosen up.

my hair is naturally curly ( in my pic ) and I use nexxus mousse gorgeous curls .
my routine : I come out the shower brush through my hair put in the mousse then I split both sides and act like your going to stroke through your hair with a brush but start twisting the brush around and around while moving down to the edge . you will see a spiral let it dry completely on its own when it's dry you can separate it

Anti-frizz wise herbal essence touchably smooth is an amazing creme! (not sticky or oily and actually takes care of frizz) I also like sunsilk captivating curls gel and cream twist and says soft, well defined but it's really good.

I love O'right Curl Activating Spray. It makes my hair bouncy, frizz free, and shiny, without weighing it down. Plus I love that it is made from organic and natural ingredients!

I always have had the same problem, my friend would curl my hair then it would come out like ten minutes later :/ not to worry i found a solution! I found these amazing curling wands at Sally's Beauty Supply. I comb out my hair when its wet,put the wands or curlers in, go to bed, and then when i wake up i have beautiful curls!! They legit last all day with no hairspray and even better no damage to your hair! i garantee you will love them. I bought six different curling irons but none of them worked very well.. so i am so happy i found these and they come in various sizes to get a larger or smaller curl! I have photos posted of my results after a whole day with the curls and no hair spray if you want to check them out! Hope this helps!
